5. Toilet & Bath - 1.5 x 2.5 meters min.
6. Bedrooom 1 - 3.0 x 3.0 meters min.
7. Bedroom 2 - 3.0 x 3.0 meters min.
8. Master Bedroom - 3.0 x 3.0 meters min.
9. Walk-In-Closet - 2.0 meters width min.
10. Master Toilet & Bath - 1.5 x 2.5 1.5 meters min.

Auxiliary Space Requirements:

1. 2 Car Garage Parking - 2.5 x 5.0 meters each 3. Laundry Area - 1.5 x 2.5 meters min.
2. Service Area - 1.5 x 2.5 meters min. 4. Patio / Lanai / Veranda - 1.5 x 2.5 meters min.

Technical Requirements:
1. Use 1:100 Scale.
2. Take note of the Title Block Template given as an attachment, revise accordingly.
3. Setback of 2.0 meters for Sides and Rear, 5.0 meters for Front.

Drawing Requirements:
1. One (1) Ground Floor Plan
2. One (1) Reflected Ceiling Plan
3. One (1) Site Development Plan
4. Schedule of Finishes, Legends and Symbols Table
5. One (1) whole 20x30 Tracing Paper (70/75, 80/85,90/95 gsm).
6. Manual drafting with architectural lettering. (Strictly no digital drafting).
7. To be submitted in GClassroom Assignments Tab ON or BEFORE the deadline below:
