LOGIN WINDOW

 LOGIN WINDOW is used by the User to LOGIN in TIME OFFICE MANAGEMENT


SOFTWARE.

 User must input Username and Password in order to use software.

 Procedure for performing LOGIN is as follows:


1) Username-admin

 ADMIN feature gives various options like Create Users, Change password, System Setup,
SMS Setting, Cleanup Data, Backup Database, Restore Database.

 User can create other users as per requirement by using Create User option.

 User can change password by using Change Password option.

 User can configure Permission card and can also set time for filtering duplicate punches.

 User can configure SMS setting so that SMS will be sent as per his/her requirements.

 User can use cleanup database option to remove certain entries from database.

 User can back-up the existing database by using backup database option.

 User can restore the database by using Restore database option.

CREATE USER

 CREATE USER feature allows User to add/remove the new users so that they can
operate the software as per requirement.

 User can create another users and he/she can also assign User Rights to particular users as
per requirements.

 User can also add/edit or delete the existing account as per requirements.

 Steps for adding User account are as follows:


1) Click on ADD Account
2) ADD Username
3) ADD Password
4) SELECT Account Type
5) Click on Save Changes.

 User can also give rights to other user by just putting tick mark on available rights list.

CHANGE PASSWORD

 CHANGE PASSWORD feature allows user to change the password of their account.

 Steps to change password of the account is as follows:
1) Enter Current Password.
2) Enter New Password.
3) Enter the New Password again in Confirm Password tab.
4) Now click on Save Password.

SYSTEM SETUP

 SYSTEM SETUP feature allows User to configure permission cards and also allows to
set time to filter duplicate punches.

 User can also add/edit and delete permission card as per requirements.
 User can also set time limit to filter duplicate punches.

 User can also assign auto shift enable to his/her employees if employees are coming in
multiple shifts.

CLEANUP DATABASE

 CLEANUP DATABASE allows User to clear the existing entries from the database as
per the requirements.

BACKUP DATABASE

 BACKUP DATABASE feature allows user to Backup the existing database consisting of
all database details.

 This feature helps the user when his/her system crashes down due to some reason.

 User can store database anywhere in any folder as per requirements.

RESTORE DATABASE

 RESTORE DATABASE allows user to restore the database again in the software.

 User can select the folder consisting of database to restore it in software.

MASTER

 MASTER consist of various masters like device master, company master, department
master, designation master, category master, shift master, employee master, leave master,
holiday master, salary head master.

 User has to configure all masters as per the requirements.

DEVICE MASTER

 The user can configure the device details like device Id, IP address, Port Number, Device
type.

DATA

 DATA consist of various options like shift editor, manual punching, data download, data
process, machine data manage, SMS send list.
 User can generate shift accordingly by clicking on generate shift in shift editor.
 The user can also add manual punch by using manual punching.
 The user can download data from machine by using data download.
 The user can refresh the data by using data process.
 The user can use machine data manage to see whether device is connected or not and also
to set time of device.
 The user can see whether the SMS is send or not to an employee by using SMS send list.

SHIFT EDITOR

 The user can generate shift as per requirement by using shift editor.

 The user can generate shift by selecting employee code, name, year and month as per
requirement.

 The user can also clear the manual shift given to an employee.
 Shift Editor Process is also necessary for generating reports at the time of generating

MANUAL PUNCHING

 The user can use manual punching feature to add manual punch of an employee whenever

 The user can use the data process option to refresh the data before generating the reports.

 The user can do data process by date wise or month wise as per the requirements.
 The user can perform data process by selecting company, department and employees if
user wants to do data process of particular employee.
 The user can also perform the data process of all employees by selecting all employees.

MACHINE DATA MANAGE

 The user can use machine data manage feature to see whether the device is connected or
not, to set and get device time and to delete logs from machine and to delete admin
privilege.

 Here in machine data manage the user has to select machine Id first in order to use the
available options.
 The user can set time in Device from software by clicking on Set Device Time.
 The user can get the time of device in software by clicking on Get Device Time.
 If user has connected the machine through USB cable then he/she has to select the USB
Connect option.
 The user can also delete the admin privilege by clicking on Delete Admin Data.
 The user can also delete All Logs from Machine by clicking on Delete All Log from
Machine.
 The user can also SET/GET Enroll data from machine by using Set Enroll Data and Get
Enroll Data.
 The user can also delete all data from machine.

 The user can use Leave Option feature to configure leave for employees.
 The Leave option is used to provide Leave to employees.
