We the undersigned for ourselves and as manager

as Ejaman of the family and also as guardian of

request you to note that we are members of an undivided Hindu Family and the business carried on under

family trade WHICH IS BEING ON THE AFORESAID MINORS, BEING ANCESTRAL TRADE.

We further request that all transactions hitherto entered with you or obligations hitherto entered with you or
obligations incurred or to be hereafter entered into or incurred with you by all or anyone or more of us, the
signatories hereto who are the only adult members of the family at present under the signature of the trade
name or subscribed by the individual signature of the person or persons entering upon transactions (as
stated hereinafter) may be regarded by you as entered into for and on behalf of the joint family and the
trade referred to above.

We hereby further intimate that the aforesaid joint family trade is being conducted and managed by
managed by the adult members of the family and all of them have been jointly and severally empowered to
pledge the credit of the family, as also the stock in trade, and to borrow from you and execute all necessary
instruments and deeds and do such things and acts as are necessary or incidental to securing the repayment
of the advances made at all times hereafter and also to execute, endorse, negotiate and sell cheques, bills,
promissory notes and bills of exchange and other negotiable instruments on behalf of the aforesaid joint
family. We, the adult members hold ourselves also personally liable in respect of all transactions entered
into with you or obligations incurred and further by any agreement between Oriental Bank of Commerce on
the one part and ourselves on the other, the estate, whether joint or separate and each and everyone of us is
liable to you in respect of all liability incurred as aforesaid, notwithstanding the liability of the estate if such
obligation is incurred after the death or insolvency of any one or more of us.

We, further request you to note that the liability of all and each and every one of us , and of the family , in
respect of the transactions entered into with you and the obligations incurred in the manner stated above
shall not in any way be affected even if the transactions are entered into and/or the obligations are incurred
and/or the instruments are executed in conjunction with any third party or parties as co-obligant , guarantor,
surety.
