The speaker has a pet turtle named Squeak that they have owned for two years. The speaker's house and their neighbor's house look almost identical, except the speaker's house is gray and the neighbor's is white. While in Florida, the speaker observed anhinga birds diving into water to spear fish with their bills before tossing and catching the fish in mid-air to swallow head first, finding them interesting to watch.

    8. When I was in Florida, I observed an interesting fish-eating bird called an anhinga. It dives

    into the water and spears it's prey on its long, pointed bill. After emerging from the water, it

    tosses the fish into the air and catches it in mid-air, then swallows it head first. It's

    interesting to watch anhinga in action. I enjoy watching them.
