NYC Health + Hospitals/Gouverneur– Extended Care Rotation October 2022 - December 2022
● Utilizing the Point Click Care system, I provided medical nutrition treatment to 5-8 patients each day who had a range of
medical issues, such as pressure injuries, renal illness, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
● Conducted meal rounds, interviewed residents for food preferences and performed diet education.
● Participated in weekly multidisciplinary rounds
● Presented medical nutrition therapy case study on the nutritional management dysphagia requiring enteral nutrition
● support.
