Thillai Nataraja Temple, Chidambaram

The Indian state of Tamil Nadu is known as Land


of Temples scattered all over the state. Most of
the largest Hindu Temples reside here and can be
categorized as Temples of Sangam Age,Cave
Temples of the Pallavas,Structural Temples of the
Pandiyas and Great living Temples of the Cholas.
These big temples are dedicated to Hindu God
Lord Vinayagar,Lord Vishnu,Lord Murugan,Lord
Siva,Lord Vishnu,Lord Anjaneyar and Lord
Bhairava.

of Lord Shiva, located in the town of
Chidambaram. Chidambaram temple is one of the
five Pancha Bootha Sthalams representing one of
the five classical elements and the temple
complex spread over 40 acres in heart of the city.
