About the Admission Process

Your evaluation will be based on your performance across two phases. The First Phase was the SNAP Test which
you've successfully completed. The Second Phase will comprise Group Exercise (GE), Written Ability Test (WAT), and
Personal Interaction (PI) processes which will be conducted online. The final merit list will be calculated based on
your performance in both the phases.

Documents are to be scanned and saved in a PDF format for the GE-PI-WAT Process and
arranged in the stated order:

You are required to show the following documents at the time of the GE-PI-WAT process:

1. The GE-PI-WAT Call letter

2. Original SNAP 2022 Admit Card

3. Original SNAP 2022 Score Card

4. Any one photo identification proof - Driving License, Voter's ID, Passport, PAN Card, Aadhar Card. In
the absence of an ID proof, the candidate will NOT be allowed to attend the PI process

5. Original mark sheet for class 10th

6. Original mark sheet for class 12th

7. Graduation Certificate and all semester mark sheets (original mark sheets arranged in reverse
chronological order). (If appeared/appearing for final year examinations, then show original
Semester/Year wise Mark Sheets)

8. If working, or have previously worked - Joining Letter, Relieving Letter (If applicable) and the payslip
of the last three months. Show the original documents for verification

9. Category supporting documents (if applicable): Caste Certificate for SC & ST, Kashmiri Migrant
Certificates & Differently Abled Certificate as applicable. Show the original certificate for verification
 General Instructions

1. You will not be allowed to appear for the GE-PI-WAT process if you fail to provide the Category
Supporting Proof (if applicable).

2. Change of groups will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Keep physical copies of your photo ID proof and SIBM GE-PI-WAT call letter handy.

4. In case any candidate is not able to produce the original SNAP Admit card, he/she will be required to
sign an affidavit form in the format provided by SIBM Pune.

5. Login at https://snap2022.ishinfosys.com/SIBMPY23GEPIWATStatus/ for your GE-PI-WAT

process to be held online.

6. Login only through desktop/laptop. Do not use mobile phones for logging in to the platform.

7. Install the latest version of the Zoom desktop application on your desktop/PC.

8. Keep your cameras ON and microphones on mute unless stated otherwise. Test your microphone
and camera well in advance. Keep a backup microphone/earphone for contingencies.

9. It is advisable that for optimal video experience, you should be seated in a room free of
distractions, with sufficient lighting.

10. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection throughout the process otherwise, you
might get logged out of the platform or face other technical difficulties.

11. Make sure you login at the specified reporting time. Latecomers will not be allowed for the process.

12. Please ensure that you've scanned all the documents needed and merged the same into a single PDF
in the said order (Refer to the previous page). You will be required to share these scanned
documents using the "Share screen" option provided on the Zoom screen.

13. You're supposed to change your Zoom desktop application name according to the naming
convention specified below:

Naming Convention: GEPIWAT ID_SNAP ID
