Dear Parents and Students,

RE: Rostering of Physical Classes from Monday 03rd January 2022.

Please be advised that from Monday 03rd January 2022 Physical Classes for all students of Forms 4, 5 and 6 will continue
according to the new schedule/roster. (Refer to List below)

Form 4 classes will continue to have TWO

days of Physical attendance per weck.
Form 5 classes will have THREE days of Physical attendance per week for the month of January, but this will decrease
once the Forms I to 3 students are accommodated physically from February 2022.

The Form 6 class will turn out for physical classes EVERYDAY.
Please be reminded that on days that your class is NOT scheduled to be
on for Online Classes. Note too that there have been some
physically out to school you will be required to log
changes to your timetables from Term I
Class sessions continue to be I hour long with 10-15 minute breaks in between. The school day officially begins at 8:10 am
and ends at 2:10 pm on Monday to Thursday.

On Fridays, thetimetable isadjusted for the 3rd Session to begin at 11:00 am and end at 12 noon. The Afternoon Roll Call
occurs from 12:00 noon to 12:10 pm. There will be an extended Lunch break from 12:10 to 2:10 to facilitate Staff Members
and Students attending the Friday Jummah prayer service at the Masjid.
Parentsare kindly asked to minimise the amount of extra time students are at school by ensuring that they do not arrive
before 7:45 am and that they depart by 2:30 pm Mondays to Thursdays and 12:30 pm on Fridays. This is necessitated due
to the dangers that Covid-19 still pose to all of us, particularly our students, who may be tempted to socialize with their
peers without proper social distancing.

This roster will be adjusted to incorporate the Physical attendance of our Forms 1,2 and 3 students once guidelines are
finalized by the Ministry of Education and directives are given to Principals.

I thank you for your continued support and understanding at this time as we keep transitioning towards some semblance of
normalcy while being ever vigilant of the challenges and threats that still exist.
