    Dear Maam:

    In line with the DepEd Order 24, s. 2008 known as the Institutionalization of
    the Brigada Eskwela Program or the National Schools Maintenance Week
    (NSMW), the undersigned, as the class adviser of Grade IV- Sapphire, Mateo B.
    Abao Central Elementary School , I am humbly asking your participation in the
    said program.

    The program is a long year activity, in line with this I am asking from your
    generous heart for any amount that you can share for the beautification of our
    classroom or printing of reading materials.

    It is also humbly proposed that we specifically need cleaning materials, paint,


    garden tools and ornamental plants. Printing of tarpaulin.

    Thank you so much. We are looking forward to seeing you being a part of the
    said school program.
