Tara: Really? How long has she worked there?
Deena: She has worked there for 5 years.
Tara: That’s a very long time! Why does she want to quit?
Deena: Well, she can’t stand her new manager who entered 5 months ago.
Tara: Has she talked to the manager about this issue?
Deena: I think so. But it has ended in more disagreements.
Tara: Well, that’s not fair for a person who has made many efforts for the company
to grow.
Deena: I know, Tara. At least, she has been looking for a new job and she has
found one.
Tara: Oh really? It’s a relief that she has a new job. Let’s hope that the manager is
better than the one that she has had for 5 months.
