1. Pursuant to DepEd Order 2, s. 2015, re: Guidelines on the Establishment

and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System
(RPMS) of the Department of Education, DepEd Order 8, s. 2023 re: Multi-Year
Guidelines on the Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine
Professional Standards for Teachers, and CSC MC No.6, Series of 2012, which
provides the guidelines in the Establishment and Implementation of Agency
Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS).

2. To ensure that everyone in the Schools Division Office will have a common
understanding and direction when implementing the RPMS activities, the DSK-
IPLUS Program were institutionalized.

3. After the Office conducted various activities relative to the establishment of

the processes and creating a unified template for RPMS performance management
and evaluation, the field is instructed to use the tools/outputs for uniformity and
to have one process of conducting performance evaluation for the School Year
2022-2023. Changes will be made if the Central Office issues new regulations.
