13. It is submitted to state that, as per the pre noting’s vide para 7-12
ante, this file has been referred to ATMA, Karaikal for the bifurcation of
the amount to General Category and SCSP Category.
14. Accordingly, it is submitted that the second instalment funds of
Rs. 75.00 Lakhs has been allotted by the government of India for the
financial year 2022-23. Out of which, Rs. 63.23 Lakhs for General
Category and Rs. 11.77 Lakhs SCSP category have been earmarked by the
government. Further, ATMA, Puducherry has allocated Rs. 45.50 Lakhs for
ATMA, Puducherry and Rs. 29.50 Lakhs for ATMA, Karaikal out of the total
of funds of Rs. 75.00 Lakhs allotted.
15. Correspondingly, ATMA, Karaikal has proposed to utilise an amount of
Rs.25.04 lakhs for General Category and Rs. 4.46 lakhs for SCSP Category
as per the proportion allotted for ATMA, Puducherry. The Component wise
bifurcation are as follows.

16. As such, the file is submitted herewith for the release of

Rs.29,50,000 /- (Rupees Twenty Nine Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only)
to the account of Project Director, ATMA, Karaikal from the SNA
account of the SMAE scheme to the subsidiary account i.e zero balance
account of the Project Director, ATMA, Karaikal to carry out the
proposed activities as listed in the para 16 ante.
