The City of San Jose del Monte is participating in the annual National Competitiveness Council’s Cities
and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI), which provides a picture how local government units
are performing in terms of Economic Dynamism, Government Efficiency, Infrastructure, Resiliency, and
Innovation.

As part of our continuing commitment to sustain the recognitions and awards gained by LGU during the
past year, we would like to request your health facility to provide us the pertinent data in preparation
for the upcoming CMCI validation. Kindly fill up the 2023 Local Data Capture (LDC) Table below for us to
update your data. We would highly appreciate if you can submit to us on or before March 31, 2023 or
