Good Day Mam/Sir!

As the recent fire incidents happened at Pasay city, We the Triskelion from different
chapters in Pasay City, Would like to request your good office in the kind of monetary donation or
to the form of food package for our attendees estimated (100 pax) for four chapters and
instructors.

Our group will conduct a Free Seminar and Hands On Training of Basic Life Support and First
Aid Training to be conducted by Pasay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
(PDRRMO) and the Basic Fire Safety Training will be conducted by the Fire and Rescue
Association of Triskelion, Inc (Frat. Inc Pasay Paranaque Las Pinas Sector).

So we can help gaining knowledge in emergency situations and so as Triskelion Volunteers we

can help our Medical Responders and Fire Volunteers in times of crisis and situations that our
help will be needed.
