works. This comprises the steps involved in accepting an order, checking the conditions and payment
options, and delivering the product using one of three processes: walk-in, take-out, or online.

Customer’s Order Process

• Getting/Receiving Customer’s Order
• Confirm Customer’s Order
• Fulfilling Customer’s Order
• Payment Method

form completely, including all required information (such as name, location, and product menu). So
everyone will literally be looking at the same page. To prevent delays in processing orders, the company
must be sure to examine and accept only fully completed forms from customers.
2. Confirm Customer’s Order

or tell the customer his order if it is correct so that the customer's order is correct. In order for the
personnel to begin working on getting the products ready to serve or ready for shipment, purchases
must now be forwarded to the company after acknowledging that the order and details have been
completed.

and getting ready to ship. The order was made by the staff members assigned to the kitchen; it is crucial
to make the proper meal at the correct temperature to prevent issues. The staff must pack the order
carefully, especially when it is a food order, once the meal has been prepared, and then deliver the food
to the customer.
