enables us to take decisions.
The different forms in which data can be represented are as follows: Text, Numbers, Images,
Audio, and Video.
The characteristics of data communication are; Delivery, Jitter, Accuracy and Timeliness.
A protocol is a set of rules that governs data communications. Protocol is one of the
components in data communication system. Without protocol communication cannot occur.
