textiles. Mr.Anand Pratap and Mr.Suresh are closely associated with each

other because of their business transactions since 10years. As Mr.Suresh

was in need of financial assistance to the extent of Rs.1,00,000/- he

approached Mr.Anand for the help. Mr.Anand agreed to pay the amount

on execution of the Promisory Note and Consideration Receipt in his

favour. Mr.Suresh executed both and agreed to repay the sum of money
