SUBJECT TEACHER BEAUTIFUL GOOD BYE By: Wilyn Legario
The sun sets low, a stunning sight
A beautiful good bye, a kiss goodnight The sky ablaze with colors so bright A canvas of beauty, a true delight
The golden orb sinks low and slow
As if to say it's time to go But in its parting, it leaves behind A masterpiece, a sight so kind
The clouds are painted with hues of gold
And pink and purple, a wonder to behold The horizon's edge merges with the sky A perfect union, a flawless tie
In this moment, we let go of the day
And welcome in the night without delay For every end is a chance to start anew And in this sunset, we bid a beautiful adieu
So let the sun set low and slow
And watch as all the colors flow A beautiful good bye, a kiss goodnight A moment to treasure in your sight. THE LOVE OF MY LIFE By: Wilyn Legario
My parents, oh how they've grown,
From young and wild to wise and known, They've taught me all I need to know, From right and wrong to how to grow. My mother, kind and gentle soul, Her love and care will never grow old, She always knows just what to say, To brighten up my darkest day.
My father, strong and steady hand,
A rock to lean on, a lifelong friend, He's taught me how to stand up tall, And never let life make me fall.
Together, they make the perfect pair,
A love so true, beyond compare, I am grateful for all they do, My parents, I love you.
