 Justification:
 The centralization of the organization playing high
important rule of continuous of any business, could
be benefits or problem depend on organization
vision and strategy as long as is not related to person
as individual and one mind can be benefit otherwise
will be the first step to be fell plus the development
ex :Apply and Nokia
 In Apple case is very clear that the centralization of
the organization was benefit until passing the central
person, in Nokia case the development and
organization hierarchy both was the reason behind
losing his world leading position in industry of
Mobile phone and Apple could be the next if they
not take the correct action quickly.
