Key Responsibilities:
To researches various types of grants available and the criteria to qualify for each
To discusses available sources of funding with administrative managers
To compile necessary information for the application process through collaboration
with other employees, database research, and other fact finding actions and
meetings
To draft and completes grant applications according to application requirements
To ensure grant is submitted on time and within application parameters
To completes all documents, forms, or reports required by the grant
To coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects that are
funded by grants
To develop and maintains master files on grants and paperwork connected to
programs funded by grants
To perform other related duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
Work indoors most of the time. May occasionally attend outdoor events. Work somewhat
close to other people. They may share office space with coworkers.
