SITUATION 1

You are staying in a 5-star hotel, there is a famous rock band staying in the room next
door, it is 3am and they are having a wild party, throwing televisions out the window
and keeping you awake. You have an important business meeting at 9am. Make a
complaint.

SITUATION 2

You had dinner with your family at a hotel. When the waiter gives you the bill it is very
high, you have been charged for 3 bowls of shark fin soup, 2 sweet and sour sea bass
and 3 spicy fried groupers, you didn’t order any of the food mentioned. Make a
complaint.

SITUATION 3

A customer ordered a product online, and they still haven’t received it after the
expected delivery date. The customer is irritated and demanding a refund.

SITUATION 4

You are eating at a restaurant when you discover a cockroach in your food. You call the
waiter over to complain.
