    Respected Sir/ Ma’am,

    Peace and all good.

    I would like to bring into your concern that I am Aira Gean W. Rueles and I
    am a BS Nursing 1 in this university.

    I write this letter as formal notification for being absent from your class on
    January 18, 2023. Further please note, I will be absent because our attention
    was called by the CTP-CMC management for the assessment of the grades
    and monthly meeting of their college scholars. This being all of a sudden did
    not give me an opportunity to inform ahead of time regarding this matter.

    I ensure to complete all the pending work in your class at the earliest. I am
    hoping for your consideration regarding this matter.
