constitute, make and appoint said ALAMINOS SAVINGS & CREDIT COOPERATIVE to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact for us
and in in our names, places and stead for our use and benefits to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things,
namely:

1.To demand and collect, encash our negotiable instrument, salary, pension, insurance, annuity, loan or any other money from
any pension, natural or judicial, office division, bureau or department in any amount equivalent to any and all our obligation as
shown in a Statement of Account certified by the ALAMINOS SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE.

2. To sign, endorse or otherwise encash checks, money order, treasury warrant demand or commercial drafts or any other
negotiable instrument; collected, drawn or endorsed in our favor and applied to cash proceeds thereof in favor of our matured
obligations to the ALAMINOS SAVINGS & CREDIT COOPERATIVE, in the amount of ________________________________________
(P_________________________) and other charges incident thereto.

3. To acknowledge receipt for us of the amount received in cash or any negotiable instrument from any person, office, division,
bureau or department.

PROVIDED that as a Special Feature of this instrument, the MAKERS and CO-MAKERS hereby warrant, covenant and agree with
the ALAMINOS SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE, this Special Power of Attorney as final and irrevocable until the obligation
above-mentioned together with the accrued interest and other charges, if incident of its existence are fully settled and paid.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto our Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform every act or thing what so ever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if
personally present, hereby RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said Attorney-in-fact, its delegates or substitute shall fully
do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
