MATERIALS NEEDED:

ALUMINUM JOIST CIRCULAR SAW

Used as joists for wall cladding, Used to cut the wall cladding

SCREW COLORED SCREW

(M4×25mm) (M4×35mm)

HOW TO INSTALL JOIST:

NOTE 1:
BEFORE THE INSTALLATION,
MAKE SURE THAT THE WALL IS
SMOOTH AND SOLID.

THE SPACING BETWEEN THE

MIDDLE LINES OF ADJACENT
JOISTS SHOULD BE NO MORE
THAN 450MM.

NOTE 2:
DOUBLE JOISTS ARE NEEDED AT
THE BUTT SEAM OF TWO
ADJACENT CLADDING BOARDS
SO THAT EACH BOARD IS ON ITS
OWN JOIST.

NOTE 3:
TO PROPERLY FINISH THE
CORNER, THE JOISTS AROUND
THE EDGES NEED TO BE
CONNECTED TO EACH OTHER.

HOW TO INSTALL OUTDOOR CLADDING:

NOTE 1:
ALWAYS PRE-DRILL A PILOT
HOLE BEFORE SCREWING TO
AVOID DAMAGE TO WPC WALL
CLADDING

NOTE 2:
MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS A
GAP OF AT LEAST 10mm
BETWEEN THE CLADDING AND
THE FLOOR TO PROMOTE
VENTILATION AND OFFER
ROOM FOR EXPANSION AND
CONTRACTION.

STEP 1:
PUT THE FIRST PIECE OF WALL
CLADDING ON THE JOIST, THEN
FIX IT TO THE JOIST WITH
COLORED SCREWS (M4X35).

HOW TO INSTALL OUTDOOR CLADDING:

STEP 2:
Fix the cladding with self-drilling
screws (m4x25) to the joist. The
screws should be installed in the
screw groove of the cladding.

STEP 3:
Connect the second piece of cladding to the first one. Fix the cladding to the
joist with self-drilling screws. The screws should be installed in the screw
groove of the cladding.

HOW TO INSTALL OUTDOOR CLADDING:

STEP 4:
Continue the installation by
repeating step 3.

IMPORTANT: The butt seam
between two adjacent cladding
boards should be at least 8 mm
wide to promote ventilation and
offer room for expansion and
contraction.

INSTALLING CORNERS

STEP 1:
Install the cladding boards on the
other side. Make sure that the first
board on the other side is closely
connected to the last board, then
fix it to the joist with colored
screws(M4x35).

HOW TO INSTALL OUTDOOR CLADDING:

STEP 2:
Fix the other end of the cladding
board to the joist and continue
the installation of the cladding
boards on the other side.
