With cargo from Chittagong Port to Consignee’s custody for 30 days Cargo Description:
Vessel: MV.MAERSK VLADIVOSTOK, Rot No: 2022/5656, B/L No: 222921314, B/E. Reg.
No. C- 1956478, DT: 29-11-2022, STC: 460 PKGS, ALUMINIUM CRIMPING ANGLE, ETC.
A/C: DALCO BUILDING SYSTEMS LTD, FACTORY: DAG#C, S-531,DHOUR,NISHAT
NAGAR; TURAG PS; DHAKA-1230. C & F Agents : R.N TRADE INTERNATIONAL-2,

Dear Sir,
In consideration of your allowing our appointed C & F Agents at our request to take
delivery of the mentioned containers over land from Chittagong port to our premises for
the purpose of unstuffing our imported cargo at A/C: DALCO BUILDING SYSTEMS LTD,
Factory: Dag # C, S- 531,Dhour, Nishat Nagar;Turag PS; Dhaka-1230; we the undersigned
consignees being the rightful owners of the consignment hereby undertake and guarantee
that :
01. We shall keep you and your Principals harmless from any damage / loss sustained to the said
containers or any third party / parties because of any unexpected event that may cause damages
to any third party / parties during transportation or Affiliates or while the containers remain under
our custody or our C & F Agents or Contractors or Affiliates or Associates

02. We shall return the containers to your nominated depot within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of
issue of the Delivery order.

03. We shall pay for condition survey of the containers to be conducted through your nominated
Surveyors before delivery from port and after return of empty to your depot

04. Upon return of the empties to your depot we shall notify you in writing and arrange for the
outward and inward condition survey through your nominated surveyors and submit the report to
your office. If any container is damaged during unstuffing or during. The period it / they remain
under our custody we shall pay for the repairs of the containers according to HCL standard to
make it cargo worthy for export. Your Surveyors report / Assessment of loss will be acceptable
to us.

05. Any claim for the third party of parties that may arise because of any unexpected event during
this period (until return of empty) will be settled by us without making you a party to it.

06. We shall also pay for the container detention charges according to your principals tariff until the
date of return of the empty.

07. In case of any unexpected event that may take place if we fail to return any container within
maximum 30 days (although we intend to return the empties within 30 (days) we shall be bound
by law of the land to compensate the value of the containers to your Principals through you
according to your Principals tariff as described below.

Value of 40' ft Container USD. 4,250.00 X 01 CONT. = US$. 4,250.00

Chittagong Customs Clearing and Forwarding Agents Association also joins us in this
undertaking.

This undertaking will be effective form the date of your issuing Delivery order and will remain
valid until safe and sound return of the empty containers to your nominated Depot against a clean
receipt signed and acknowledged by your office.
