    Quality Policy and Objectives

    Time Allowed = 30 minutes


    Working as a team in your assigned breakout room and using the Czerka documented information allocated to you audit
    the management policy statement against cl. 5.3 of ISO 9001:2015.

    Select a Team Leader to present your teams response at the feedback session.

    !!!MAKE SURE IT IS A PERSON WHO HAS NOT PERFORMED AS TEAM LEADER IN PREVIOUS PRACTICE SESSIONS

    1) Prepare a summary report on the level of conformity with cl. 5.3, elaborating on positive points and further work
    required to achieve full conformity
    2) Team leader presents your results in the main room
    3) Tutor gives feed-back on your evaluated summary-reports.
