UltraFlex Special Cables
Extremely flexible high-performance cable material for Cat.6A / DVI / HDMI / VGA /
USB / HDBaseT and customer-specific connecting cables.
It makes small bending radius possible, is extremely durable and resilient to
mechanical stress loads. It is dirt-resistant and more environmental-friendly than
common cables with PVC jacket.
The UltraFlex cable material contains no plasticizers, no heavy metals, and no
chlorine. Fire gases are significantly less toxic.
EMI-SAFE 360° EMC proof housing for DVI plugs

EMC proof housing for DVI plugs with patented two-piece plug-in system for self- ®
assembly. During the assembly, the plug is firmly fixed in the housing by means of
a clip, without the need for soldering or the use of tools. Now, the housing shell is
tightly closed by the patented tooth system – and can be easily opened again for an
error correction.

The patented uni-screw SupraLok™ system is the first HDMI permanent locking
system accepted and confirmed by HDMI Licensing LLC.
The legacy design is backward-compatible and can be easily adopted without
changing any PCB footprint on existing HDMI connectors.
RF-BLOK™ housing — One-piece EMI/RFI shield

Extremely tough housing for DVI, HDMI, and VGA connectors by TTL. The patented
system consists of a one-piece EMI/RFI shield, thus reducing inter-ferrences
corrupting the transferred signal.
The RF-BLOK™ is manufactured without any soldering points. A ferrite core is not
required. Significantly less toxic.

EMI-SAFE DVI Connector System DVI-D plug

Two symmetrical housing shells enclose the connector like a safe.
They interlock precisely via a sophisticated toothing system and form a closed connection with the connector.
The housing shells of the EMI-SAFE are made of high-quality, conductive zinc die-cast - this material makes them extremely
durable and dimensionally stable. In addition, the geometry and material thickness of the two shells are absolutely identical, so
there are no leaks in the seam area.
Three different crimpable cable outlets are available for the EMI-SAFE. Cables with a diameter of 8.8 mm, 10.9 mm, and 12 mm can
be used.

TTLan® Cat.6A / Class EA Cable Connector

The Cat.6A cable connector connects two round cables with an outer diameter of up to
8.5 mm and can be installed in a space-saving manner on various mounting options. The
cable connector can be screwed and lined up by means of lateral eyelets.
The installation of the cables on the distributor is quick and requires no special tools. A cable
presorter on each side (side A white, side B black) is printed with a colour code, which colour-codes the connection of the respective
conductor pairs.
The zinc die-cast housing is fully shielded and has an independent 360° shield contact and cable strain relief.
The cable connector complies with class EA as well as PoE and PoE+ according to IEEE802.3 af/at with a transmission performance
of up to 10 Gbps.

The halogen-free TTLan® Cat.6A S/FTP patch cable is assembled with two
Hirose TM31 RJ45 plugs. The flexible connector sleeves offer integrated lug and
narrow bend protection. In addition, the effective shielding of the wire pairs prevents possible electromagnetic interference.
The integrated lug protection of the connectors ensures excellent tensile and torsional strength.
The quality is documented: The patch cable transmits reliable Ethernet with up to 10 Gbit, which is verified by Fluke test. Further
tests include electrical testing (100 %) and crimp height monitoring during the manufacturing process.

Unlocking only with special key

TTLan® Cat.6A Class EA Interface Protector

The TTLan® Interface Protector protects expensive mobile devices with LAN connection from damage caused by unintentional
pulling of the network cable out of the port when its length and range is overestimated.
The protector is connected between the port and the device and releases the connection from its RJ45 socket as soon as a certain
pulling force is reached. This prevents damage to the board, bent contacts or even tearing out the RJ45 socket of the connected
device.
The maximum tensile force that triggers a disconnection is below the standard specifications for RJ45 plugs and RJ45 sockets
according to IEC 60603-7. This ensures that the connection between the device and the protector is disconnected first. However,
the tensile force of the protector is sufficiently high to prevent the connection from being released hastily at low tensile forces.
The TTLan® Interface Protector is versatile and can be connected between the telecommunications outlet, the connection cable
and the active device at any location.

They interlock precisely via a sophisticated toothing system and form a closed connection with the connector.
The housing shells of the EMI-SAFE are made of high-quality, conductive zinc die-cast - this material makes them extremely
