ORDER

Pursuant to the Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability

-01-SC), that was approved by the Supreme Court on
April 11, 2023, the Commission hereby directs the parties to file their
respective Preliminary Conference Briefs, and to furnish the other party with
a copy thereof, within a non-extendible period of ten (10) calendar days from
receipt of this Order. The Preliminary Conference Brief must contain the
following:

(a) Admissions;
(b) Stipulation of facts;
(c) Definition of issues;
(d) Judicial affidavits and marked exhibits, accompanied by the

of faithful reproductions of the original in his/her custody or

possession; and
(e) Such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of the
case.1

Parties are further directed to submit by conventional filing and

electronic copies of their respective Preliminary Conference Briefs in MS
Word format, excluding annexes, and in PDF format, including annexes
to ibpbardiscipline@yahoo.com.
