IMPORTANT NOTES

• There is no credit for portal or license fees already paid.

• If bankruptcy proceedings are pending, the consent of the legal successor or insolvency
administrator is required.

• When using a GSM / GPRS data card from meteocontrol, the data card is also rewritten to
the new portal licensee or meteocontrol partner. The usage agreement for the data card
must be observed.

• Before the system transfer, certain settings (e.g. monitoring, assigned contacts, reports)
must be deactivated or deleted.

We have taken note of the above information and agree to a system transfer of the above
mentioned plant.
