NOTES:
1. Hospitality Allowance can only be claimed when a staff stays with friends/relative \ own house and no other receipts on accomodations are claimed. reimbursement will be made only for one or the other options, not a combination of both for each
leg of the trip.

2. Any meals provided by World Vision such as breakfast included in hotel room, meals paid for by National Office, conference packages, etc have to be deducted from the Per Diem calculation to avoid any double payment by World Vision.

3. Staff is responsible to keep track and report all these meals provided. Please be honest !
