    Subject: Request for your Contribution

    Dear Doctor,

    May is the best month for gathering everyone, this month will be a fun-filled
    day spent in a comfortable setting as well as a perfect way to know more about colleagues
    and friends. This year is will be also very special for everyone in the Delivery/Nursery Room
    Department as this will provide fun to reduce burnout.
    Summer is a precious time, in which we can celebrate with our colleagues, and we would like
    to grab this opportunity to request you to support for our Party for those involved with:
    “Nurses Summer Getaway” for the Summer Celebration. This Party is on May 21st at Coco
    Palm Beach Resort in Danao, Cebu.
    Like past few year, we are planning to celebrate Summer Outing with all the members of our
    department. Therefore, I kindly request you to help us go about with this party. You can help
    us in the form of donation. We will sincerely appreciate your generous contribution.
