SUBJECT : Progress Report re: Arrest for violation of PD 1602 as

amended by RA 9287

1. Reference: Memorandum from this Office dated may 16, 2023

with subject Spot report re: Arrest for violation of PD 1602 as amended by RA
9287.

2. This pertains to the anti-illegal gambling operation conducted by

joint personnel of RID PROBAR and DOSMPS headed by PMAJ REGIE G
ALBELLERA together with 1404th RMFC, RMFB 14 led by PLT SYMON
VILLAREAL, PIU MAG DEL NORTE led by PMAJ JEFF RICHARD M MANOGURA
and 2nd MP 1st PMFC MAG DEL NORTE led by PMAJ DATUTULON PINGUIAMAN
that resulted on the arrest of Datu Sahud Benito Lumundot, 25 years old, single
and resident of Pob. Dalican, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao Del Norte and Boyet
Imbal Sali, 21 years old, married and resident of Pob. Dalican, Datu Odin Sinsuat,
Maguindanao Del Norte and confiscation of illegal number game paraphernalia and
bet money ₱1,703 in different denomination.

3. In this regard, please be informed that on May 16, 2023 at about 1:43
PM, aforesaid suspects undergone inquest proceeding before the Office of the
Provincial Prosecutor-Maguindanao Del Norte conducted by Asst. Provincial
Prosecutor Erlan P. Deluvio. Suspects were charged for violation of PD 1602 as
amended by RA 9287 docketed under NPS Docket No. XIV-05B-INQ-23E-
00037. Suspects were temporarily detained at this MPS.
