PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT CONCEPT INITIATION

The first lesson's topic of discussion in Group 1 was project management, including how

it operates, how it is managed, some advantages and disadvantages, as well as the

procedure and proposals. We're currently studying this kind of subject, so it's very

helpful to know and understand, and they discussed and explained it very well. Project

Management is necessary when it comes to making decisions in a specific situation. It is

a place where we can find a capable decision-maker and a cooperative worker, and it

strives for success. The importance of project management and what we should learn are

covered in this first topic. The project's life cycle and goal are also mentioned. Continue

with the second topic, Project Concept Initiation, which increased the project manager's

authority and established some standards for selecting a project manager. It also

discussed how important it is to understand and be aware of the cultural aspects of a

workplace or setting.
