NSTP 2 Area Pick Up Policy

The community service phase of De La Salle University’s National Service Training Program 2 for the Civic Welfare
Training Service (CWTS) and Literacy Training Service (LTS) programs will require the class to be in their respective
partner communities for their project implementation phase.

To respond to the increasing traffic challenges and to maximize the student’s time especially when going home, the Area
Pick-Up Policy for NSTP 2 will be implemented.

Eligibility
1. All NSTPCW2 and NSTPLT2 students enrolled for Term 3, A.Y. 2022-2023

Requirements
1. Completed NSTP 2 Area Pick Up Form
2. Copy of Signatory Parent/ Guardian’s Government Issued ID
3. Copy of Valid ID of assigned fetcher.

Reminders
1. The student shall consult with the Parent/ Guardian and Facilitator regarding the area pick up.
2. The student completes the requirement and submit two (2) copies to his/her Social Engagement Lecturer.
3. The student can only be picked up at the area identified in the community. No student shall be dropped off and
then picked up along the way.
4. The form is applicable to one student.
5. Requests to directly proceed to the area will not be entertained.

1. If the fetcher is not around during the time of departure from the community, the fetcher is only given 10 minutes,
else the student shall join the class in going back to the university.
2. In cases of emergency, the student is required to be with her/his class for safety purposes while vacating the
area. The bus will go directly to DLSU.
It is confirmed that the following documents are also attached:

2. Copy of Valid ID of assigned fetcher.
