The Water Falls

 Sabangaran falls
 Nantugaw falls
 Sinipit falls
 Ganano falls
Proposed Improvements or Activities

 Cottage
 Sari – Sari Store
 Souvenir store
 ATV
 Road construction
Baguio Falls is located at Baguio Village, Diffun Quirino

The following materials are used accordingly:

For roads:
1. Steel bar – a strong metal that is mixture of iron and carbon. Used
for making things that need a strong structure.
2. Cement – a material that’s used to build very strong, hard surfaces
and structures.
3. Gravel - A mix of stone, sand and fine-sized particles used as sub-
base, base or surfacing on a road.
For hanging bridge:
1. Steel wire laid - is also known as steel cable. It is a type of rope
which consists of several strands of steel wire laid (twisted) into a helix.
2. Steel wire - is a kind of multifunctional wire. It can be made of
carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium and other materials.
For cottages:
1. Bamboo – is a woody plant with hallow stem that’s
In the grass family it can be used to make things like flooring, paper and
making basic cottages
2. Nipa leaves – long feathery leaves of the nipa palm are use as
rooftop materials for thatched houses.
3. Steel nails - are construction steel products with multiple uses.
Also, these type of steel nails are known as steel common
nails ,construction nails or framing nails.
4. GI wires - or galvanized wire is nothing but simply an iron wire
that has been strengthened by the chemical process of galvanization.
5. Varnish - liquid coating material containing a resin that dries to a
hard transparent film. Most varnishes are a blend of resin, drying oil,
drier, and volatile solvent.
Development process

Step 1- Area Preparation.

Clearing the area where the construction of activities will be done.
Step 2 – Waste management.
This will be done for the cleanliness of the area and to avoid
environmental pollution.
Step 3 – Purchase of supplies.
This will be done in 2 day by purchasing all the needed supply before
start working which includes the purchase for the following raw
materials; construction of road ( shovel, pliers, metal saw, gloves and
helmet) and others.
Step 4 – Delivery of raw materials
Before the work start we need all raw materials to start the construction
of all our projects
Step 5 – Begin of working day
The workers will start
Step 6 – Monitoring of area and construction site
To see if there’s any progress or needed to be fix

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The goal of this study is to determine whether it would be feasible to

develop all of the falls of Baguio village Diffun Quirino.
In the Municipality of Diffun, province of Quirino, sits Baguio village.
There are 4 falls namely; sabangaran falls, nantugaw falls, sinipit falls
ganano falls. The first falls which is sabangaran falls 17ft deep, formed
like a swimming pool. The second is Nantugaw falls, one of the
waterfalls hidden in the forest. The third is sinipit falls that have to rek
from the provincial road through wild forest and flowing streams and
rivers. And lastly ganano falls are towering that are tallest falls in
Cagayan valley.
To provide more employment opportunities by developing and
improving some infrastructure for tourist attractions such as sari-sari
store, cottages and two more comfort rooms so that tourist will enjoy
and not find it difficult for them to go in the water falls.
Developing Of Nature Attraction Company (DNA Co.) plans to
improve Baguio village falls area and site itself:
 Accessibility of the four falls
 Add more durable new cottages
 Add more comfort room for the visitors and tourist to use
 Construction of souvenir shop and sari-sari store
 Assurance of the security and safety of visitors and tourists
 Increase the employment rates to locals by giving them a place to
sell their goods and services
MARKET FEASEBILITY
ABOUT DEVELOPING OF NATURE ATTRACTION COMPANY
or DNA Co.
On the year 2014, Jonathan Merlin, Jay ann Awal and Bengelyn Lopez,
Jey Pumihic established the Developing Of Nature Attraction Company
(DNA Co.) Particular purpose is to enhancing and developing attractions
through the application of their competence, skills, strategy, observation
and experiences.
The falls is located in Baguio village Diffun Quirino and is developing
in order to reach out to its full potential. Furthermore, it might be
simpler to entice tourists and guest who want to take a tour and discover
the Baguio village falls. This study objective is to promote sustainable
development by using efficient and environmental appropriate utilization
of baguio village falls resources operation and design. In order to
achieve this, we must entice prospective investors to enter the market
and provide more goals and service to fulfil a variety of tourism
demands and encourage regional development.
PROMOTIONAL STRATEGY
With the use of social media platform and flyers, the baguio village falls
will be more known from different Provinces, Cities and Country’s by
creating facebook page and boosting for advertisement. And scattering
flyers in every different municipality’s here in luzon

ORGANIZATIONAL FEASIBILITY
The founders created the initiative as partnership since they feel that four people
are better than one because of the manpower, vast expertise to manage company
inexpensive start-up expenses, and more money for the firm. This is also a smart
idea since the partners may offer their own talents and expertise on how to make
their frim more productive and profitable.

CONCLUSION
Through efficient resource use and ecologically friendly design and
operation, this study seeks to create sustainable development in Baguio
Falls. To meet a variety of tourism needs and foster regional
development, entice potential investors and business owners to enter the
market and provide additional goods and services. The proposed
changes to the destination include road improvements, the construction
of bamboo huts, a sari-sari store, a souvenir shop, and the addition of
more comfortable accommodations. We will also purchase five new
ATVs for those who enjoy more exhilarating adventures.

We noticed that there were regular visitors from the municipality and
from other municipalities in Quirino Province, as well as visitors from
other areas in our country. The likelihood that the development plan
would go smoothly, enabling the area to prosper, and raise the potential
for tourism in the municipality.

Finally, it is suggested that the Baguio Falls expand and improve aspects
that would greatly raise its prominence by luring more visitors and
investors from beyond the province.
