Appointment of Vice-Chancellor in National Sports University, Manipur

Applications were invited from eligible candidates for the post of Vice-Chancellor of National
Sports University, Imphal, Manipur, vide an advertisement published on 23.08.2022. In this
regard, it is hereby informed that the last date for submission of applications for the post of Vice
Chancellor has been extended by 15 days, i.e., up to 07.10.2022. Details of essential
qualifications, general instructions, information, application proforma and other details required
for the post are available on the website of Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports www.yas.nic.in.

Applications complete in all respects in the prescribed format should reach Shri Jatin Narwal,
Director (Sports), Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Room No.
520, ‘C’ Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi - 110001, on or before 07.10.2022, by
Registered/Speed Post.

The applicants who had applied with reference to the earlier advertisement dated 23.08.2022
need not apply again. Their applications will be considered along with new
applications. Eligibility of the candidates will be considered as per the first advertisement.

Applications received after due date will not be considered.
