2. Please be informed that on or about 3:00 in the afternoon of May 27, 2023,
this office received an affidavit complaint from one, KYLE y NUESTRO, 22
years old, Single, and residing at 259 San Miguel Street, Poblacion 2,
Indang, Cavite stating that a carnapping incident occurred at Barangay
Kayquit, Indang, Cavite, personnel of this office, led by PSSg Aizelle
Olimberio - IOC, proceeded to the reported place.
3. On the initial investigation conducted disclosed by the responding officer that
on the aforesaid time, date, and place he parked her Honda Mio Click 2019,
color black with engine/motor no. JA46E7053881 and Chassis no.
MH1JA4675KK053887 bearing temporary Plate no. 1380-00001173732
registered under his name, in front of the local eatery near the Cavite State
University Main-Campus Indang, Cavite and he proceeded inside the
apartment of his classmate also in the same address in order to work with a
group project.
