Kestopur PL 15-15 is a two-component


polyurethane adhesive for the gluing of
metal, wood and insulation materials as
well as fibre composite in sandwich • Solvent-free
• Strong, durable
panel constructions for the marine
• Suitable for automatic application

AREA OF APPLICATION
TYPE/BINDER Polyurethane
Kestopur 15-15 gives a strong, yet elastic bond. Suitable for automatic
application. Kestopur PL adhesives are fire classified according to Resin approx. 1.60 kg/dm³, Hardener approx.
IMO FTPC, Part 5 and have an MED certificate (Wheel-mark). Suitable DENSITY/SPECIFIC WEIGHT
1.20 kg/dm³
for the gluing of e.g. metals, insulation materials and ceramic tiles.
Used in conjunction with Kestopur 200/S hardener. Adhesive is LAP SHEAR STRENGTH SS–SS 5 N/mm² (28 d 23 °C, 50 % RH)
compliant with Finnish Emission Classification of Building Materials
(M1). TENSILE STRENGTH 4 N/mm² (DIN 53504)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE ELONGATION AT BREAK 40 % (DIN 53504)


The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry. Remove oxides by
sanding, and grease and other dirt with Kiilto Cleaner 303. Stir HARDNESS Shore D 55
Kestopur PL 15–15 resin, add hardener and mix properly. Apply
