Reminder to ensure to provide visa approval to immigration officer on duty upon arrival
An Entry Travel Pass Application was made on behalf of SITI AMINAH Passport Number B9587745
at the
request of the Sponsoring Agency FATEENA ENTERPRISE.
This is to inform that entry application is APPROVED. This is the FINAL APPROVAL for the above-named
traveler to enter Brunei Darussalam on 15 May 2022 .
Travel Pass holders are responsible to adhere to all terms and conditions and all policies set by the Ministry of Health
and the Department of Immigration and National Registration, Brunei Darussalam.
Please present this document to immigration and airline authorities. THIS TRAVEL PASS IS NOT A VISA.

1. The Travel Pass holder is required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR Test within 48 hours of departure from the country of
origin.
The Travel Pass holder will be required undergo a COVID-19 PCR Test (on Day 1, Day 5 or Day 12 after arrival*) and
isolation (for up to 14 days*) after arrival, at the cost of the Sponsoring Agency.

The sponsor is required to secure hotel reservations before the date of arrival.
*Health protocols accorded to the Travel Pass holder will depend on the current risk assessment of the originating
country of departure by the Ministry of Health, Brunei Darussalam, the result of the post-arrival swab test and COVID-19
vaccination status. COVID-19 vaccination will be considered as complete 14 days after receiving the second dose for 2-
dose regimens and 28 days after receiving one dose for 1-dose regimens.
2. The Travel Pass holder is required to install (prior to departure) and register themselves on the BruHealth mobile
application for daily health reporting. You MUST complete the travel module on the BruHealth app and present it to the
airline at check-in. Failure to complete the required information on the travel module may result in denial of entry to
Brunei Darussalam. By using the travel module on the BruHealth app, you will facilitate the mandatory processes
required for your journey to and quarantine in Brunei Darussalam, i.e. on departure, arrival, isolation stay, testing and on
discharge from isolation. Guidance on using the Bruhealth travel module can be found on

3. Please present the following requirements to the airline upon check-in or to land border control post authorities.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of boarding / entry.
