We have been in the precious metal business for more than 50 years and
aiming to only one target ever since:

This target comes along with the absolute effort for creating added value to
our work and for our clients by questioning ourselves every day.

The reason why we are one of the key players in today’s dynamic and
constantly evolving sector is because we keep focusing on these targets and
values under all conditions.

We process, on average, 125 tons of gold, 250 tons of silver and various other
precious metals annually. Having high technology by itself is not enough to
process this volume of precious metals – it also requires honesty, reliability
and perfection in quality.

We are on the ​Good Delivery list of LBMA – London Bullion Market Association
for gold and silver, foreign member of SBMA-Singapore Bullion Market
Association, member of SGEI- Shanghai International Gold Exchange and
accredited refinery for gold and silver at BIST – Borsa Istanbul, Approved
Brand at COMEX and our gold, silver products are accepted by many more
precious metal organizations, instituations across the globe.

But most importantly, we have your confidence, just like the day we started
this business.

How We Started?
In 1967, Nadir Tütüncü established his workshop within
an area of 150 m2 to recycle jeweler dross. Beginning
from 1975, he started precious metal refining for the
market and the workshop increased in size limited to
this field. In 1985, he established Nadir Trading and
began to trade precious metals in Grand Bazaar. Then,
Nadir Metal Rafineri San. ve Tic. Ltd. was established
in 1993. Rapid increase in demand has forced the
company on capacity investment. Thus, the first gold
refinery in Turkey was built on the country’s land.

In 1999, a partnership agreement with the German

company Degussa Allgemeine was signed in exchange
for technology “know-how” and thereby Nadir
Allgemeine Ind.Trade.Co.Ltd. was established. In 2001,
Nadir Family became the sole shareholder of the company which continued its
operations under the name of Nadir Metal Rafineri San. ve Tic. Ltd. After the accretion
agreement in 2001, all the infrastructural investments were completed within a year.
In 2006, Nadir became a joint stock company with its new title: Nadir Metal Rafineri
San ve Tic. A.Ş.

The company is accredited by Borsa Istanbul (BIST) in 2008 for gold and silver, by
London Good Delivery Association (LBMA) in 2011 for gold, as the first company
in Turkey, in 2012 for silver as the only company in Turkey, as foreign member at
Singapore Bullion Market Association (SBMA) in 2016, as member at Shanghai
International Gold Exchange and Approved Brand at COMEX in 2020.

Today, along with refining, waste recycling, dross and laboratory services, Nadir Metal
produces and trades precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium).
In addition to these, “Nadir Metal” and “Nadir Gold” branded small bars of gold, silver
and platinum products and exclusive collections are produced.

Associotion in gold and in silver, the operations in the European Region have gained momentum,
and at the end of the same year, Nadir Gold ltaly became operational. Nadir Gold ltaly conducts
the sales and after-sales service of Nadir Metal Refinery’s all products and services- especially the
“Nadir” branded, per gram products.

Our Group Companies

4R Çevre ve Enerji San. ve Tic. A.Ş., founded in 2015 to provide services for integrated waste
management, maintains its activities in the district of Kapaklı, Tekirdağ; services that 4R Çevre ve
Enerji provides to its customers are Refuse-Derived Fuel Preparation, Interim Storage, Packaging
Waste and Non-Hazardous Waste Collection and Separation Plants.

NMR Souvenir, which makes sales of “Nadir” branded gold and silver products via nadirgold.
com online sales site, started it’s operations in 2013, and today has become a reliable source for
İnternet users who purchase gram gold over the İnternet.

Nadir Döviz was established in 1997 and is a member of the Istanbul Gold Exchange under the
nadirmetal.com.tr | nadirgold.com number 076. It is the first exchange office with an ISO 9001 certification in Turkey. In 2013, its
turnover reached 3.8 billion USD in gold and 152.5 USD million in silver. Continuously increasing
its transaction volume at the Istanbul Gold Exchange, Nadir Döviz ranked at the third place in
gold and the second place in silver in 2014. It is the wholesaler and distributor of Nadir Metal’s
products in Turkey.
