Dear Mr. James,

We write in reference to your purchase of Block No. 6, Lot No. 23 of the Lakers Subdivision located
at Brgy. Masigasig, Caloocan City.

Our records reveal that, as of March 8, 2023, you have unpaid instalments, including interests and
penalties covering the period of November 30, 2022 – March 31, 2023, in the aggregate amount of Thirty
Five Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php 35,700.00).

We are mindful of the threats and challenges this Covid-19 pandemic has brought to many of us.
Thus, to help you cope with Covid-19 situation, we grant you a FINAL grace period until April 7, 2023, to
settle your outstanding obligations, computed as follows:

Unpaid instalment from November 30, 2022, to November 30, 2022, PhP 7000
Penalties from November 30, 2022, to February 28, 2023, PhP 700
Unpaid instalment from December 2022 – March 2023 PhP 28,000
(Without additional penalties and charges)
TOTAL AMOUNT DUE - PhP 35,700.00

Please note that pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 6552, your grace period should
have expired on January 29, 2023, sixty (60) days from the date your instalment for November 30, 2022
that became due on January 29, 2023. However, as above stated, we are giving you a final grace period
until April 7, 2020 to settle the above amount. Your failure to settle in full your total outstanding obligation
within the said period shall constrain us to commence suit to protect our interests.
