In relation on above subject we engaged the business of transportation of solid waste sludge
in various company such as Arvind Production ltd , Silicon Industries, Tudor India ltd, Gujarat Micro wax
Pvt ltd, Essar silicon industries, Cadila health care ltd, Dishman Pharmaceuticals ltd and other factory of
Naroda G.I.D.C. we declare to quotation of transportation of solid waste sludge to work in your
company for last year of 2011 and now between two years diesel prices up very high ,labour charge up
so, we are to rate of high as Rs.100/- per metric ton to Mehsana and 10 kilometer area site after 10
kilometer site over as charge as Rs.25/- per 20 kilometer and Transportation of disposal of hazardous
solid waste sludge detail, terms and condition are as under.

to Turbo Truck are fixed.
 Payment must be made by 20 days from submission of our bill.
 Cheque or D.D should be drown in favors of JAY NAGESHWARI ROADWAYS payable at
Ahmadabad.
 Subject to Ahmadabad judiciary and Rules and Regulation of NEPL and G.P.C.B.
 Quotation Period of 01/11/2013 to 31/12/2014.
