equipment must be maintained in good condition, and must not be adversely effected by corrosion, heat,
impact or vibration. Improper use of the Equipment, or use of the Equipment when damaged could result in
serious injury or death. Certification is based on the drawings at the revision noted, including all notes and
material grades. Modifications to the Equipment may void this certification.
