RESOLUTION NO. 15-2023

A. RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE REVITALIZED PNP

KASIMBAYANAN (KApulisan, SIMBAhan at PamaYANAN) PROGRAMS AND
PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF TAGAYTAY, CAVITE.

WHEREAS, presented to the Sangguniang Bayan a letter dated November 23, 2022 from
Police Lieutenant Colonel Charles Daven M Capagcuan, OIC Tagaytay Component City
Police Station, addressed to Hon. Abraham Tolentino and Sangguninag Bayan Members;

WHEREAS, said letter expresses request for the passage of a Sangguniang Barangay
Resolution approving and adopting the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAHAYAN (KApulisan,
SIMBAhan at PamaYANAN) programs and projects in this City;

WHEREAS, the subject letter was first read and presented during the foregoing regular
session and was reffered by the Presiding Officer to the Committee on Women and
Family, Peace and Public Order and Safety for further study, necessary comments and
recommendation;

WHEREAS, the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAHAYAN (KApulisan, SIMBAhan at

PamaYANAN) is a comminuty mobilization program highlighting the synergized and
collaborative partnership between the Philippine National Police(PNP and the general
public through the intervention and help of the religious sector towards the goal of a
holistic transformation that involves the PNP and the community it serves and protects;
WHEREAS, the Cavite PPO is concomitant with kits mission and function with the support
of the religious sector and aims the strengthen its partnership with the general public and
bring awareness to the various communities that PNP Personnel and the people they
serve have a vital role in contributing peace, order, progress and even holistic
transformation of the society;
WHEREAS, said program will strengthen peace and order and public safety in this City
more effectively by harmonizing the efforts of the signing parties;

WHEREAS, after careful study and evaluation of the Sangguniang Bayan, the request of
PLTCOL Charles Daven M Capagcuan was correct, timely highly reasonable and very
beneficial for the continued implementation of peace, public order and safety in this City,
thus; a strong recommendation from the Committee was raised to approve the request;

NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation on the matter and on motion of Hon. Reynoso
Espiritu, Committee on Peace and Order and duly seconded by all Members present in
session assembled, The Sangguniang Barangay resolved as it is hereby;

RESOLVED, to approve and adopt the Revitalized PNP KASIMBAHAYANAN (KApulisan,

SIMBAhan at PamaYANAN) programs and projects in the City of Tagaytay, Cavite.

RESOVED FURTHER, that the Office of the Police Lieutenant Colonel Charles Daven M
Capagcuan and all concerned be duly furnished with a copy of this Resolution for their
information, attention and appropriate action;
