Cholesterol helps our liver create fat dissolving bile acids which helps with digestion.

Cholesterol does
not dissolve in blood so it need special protein to help it move through the bloodstream. These
Lipoprotein wrap themselves around cholesterol molecules and deliver to where they needed most. There
are two main types of cholesterol, High Density lipoprotein called HDL and Low Density Lipoprotein
called LDL. Most of the body cholesterol are made up of LDL. When too much LDL builds up in your
blood streams it sticks to artery walls and helps form plaque, which can lead to heart attacks or strokes.
HDL is considered a good kind because it acts like a scavenger, absorbing excess cholesterol in your
blood and take it back into your liver where it flushed from your body. Its important to monitor your
cholesterol levels regularly so you can help keep your HDL high and your LDL low.

To reduce the cholesterol levels in your blood you have to follow the healthy diet along with the physical
activity, you also have to make changes in the food like you have to take good fat containing foods like
nuts, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds and you have to take the high fiber diet which is
also helpful for decreasing the cholesterol like whole grain cereal, wheat barley all this kind of food
should be included it also include all types of vegetable oils like soy beans oil , sunflower oil, safflower oil
and corn oil. all these type of oil you can include but in limited form like 3 to 4 teaspoons per day it also
important to include vegetables and fruits. Taking process food like chips , hotdog, pizza all this kind of
fats should he reduced in your daily life. All meat like beef pork should be avoided. If a person is obese or
overweight they might have the normal cholesterol level if the person is skinny they might have to raise
cholesterol levels so keep regular checkups on your cholesterol, Eat healthy diet and stay healthy.
