1.First, we need to open the computer.

2.Then, we have to open Microsoft excel (MS Excel).
3.Here, we find many excel sheets. Where we can calculate the given mean,
median, mode, Standard deviation, variance, Standard Error.
4.Then we need two or more sets of data. To take the data randomly, we need a
function that is called ‘RAND’ function.
5.In column A we have to take the serial number to click the right button with the
option →Fill series.
6.Random data →= ‘RAND ()’ →Press enter.
7.To select cell, when there comes write plus, we have to click the cell. When
there comes block plus in the right corner below the cell, we can select many
cells.
8.To stop the random function, we have to select all cells of the column. Then
copy it and paste it in the first cell of the column.
