Your task is now to find out for both routes:

1. Which properties are affected? [Add a map which identifies affected properties and
an accompanying table showing the area and affected area for each property. Also
sum the affected area in each case. Explain how you deal with the road. How much
do you buffer from the center of the road and what are the implications on your
results?]

2. Which solution will cause the cheapest land acquisition and why? [Show the
calculations you have used to determine the cheapest land acquisition. Please note
that different land uses have different costs].

3. Write a point by point description of your methods (15-20 lines).

4. Draw the planned hotel building on the correct property (see Figure 2) as described
in Figure 3.

5. Find the size of the turnaround and area needed for functions and facilities
mentioned in the text. [Show how you compute the following: area for the building,
parking for car and buses, walkway for handicapped, other hotel services, space left-
over after planning].

6. Draw the situation of the property relative to the surrounding area.

7. Write a point by point description of your methods (15-20 lines).
