Student’s Reflection:

I felt happy with today’s class as the pupils responded to my questions very well. However, I
spent too much time for Activity 1, which was going through the infographic with the pupils.
This had caused the time constraint for the Snake & Ladder game where I had to end the
game early even though there were still pupils who had not completed the game. I felt quite
bad as the pupils were excited to try the game. This could be seen when some pupils
excitedly told me that they had finished the game. In addition, I could not get a valid and
reliable assessment from the live game as some pupils could not finish the game.

In order to overcome the weakness, I could plan the time allocated for the for each activity in
details. For example, I could use an infographic with less point to make sure that the
infographic would not use too much time in the class.

The strength of today’s class is the materials that I used together with the pupils, which is the
infographic and the Powerpoint. Both of the materials had exposed the pupils to the new
knowledge about the condition of our ocean and how to use less plastic to save the animals.
In conclusion, I am quite satisfied with the class today due to the active responses and
participation from the pupils as the pupils used to be quite passive in previous classes.
