    1. you need to upgrade your software through given link -
    Please follow below steps and then check your lecture.
    Download Abstract Utility from below URL and install that first.

    After download and installation new abstract utility follow this option to upgrade your player(s):
    Software Options -> Software Upgrade. A new window will open where you have to select INTER EIS subject
    and then click on 'Start'. Once download completed install that setup too and then try.
    If this 'Player not found on server' message comes then call SPC ASAP.
    Most Probably your problem will get solved...
    2. In case after above process also You are facing webcam errors it means your web camera is not working as per
    requirement of the Software.

    1 sit alone (nobody shall watch along with you)
    2 do not sit with any device like camera, mobile
    3 make sure you have camera having snapshot feature, if not kindly purchase external web camera from market
    4 do not leave laptop unattended. please pause the lecture when you are not available
