GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

BY THIS GENERAL, POWER OF ATTORNEY, We, (1) Syed Iftikhar Hussain Naqvi
S/O Ghulam Sarwar Naqvi (2) Syed Moazzam Ali Naqvi S/O Naseem Naqvi, (3) Syed
Irteza Ali Naqvi S/O Naseem Naqvi, (4) Shahzadi Gul-e Saman daughter of Ghulam
Sarwar (5), Syed Basit Abbas Naqvi son of Syed Irshad Hussain, (2). Syed Tahir Imtiaz
Hussain Naqvi son of Imtiaz Hussain Naqvi, (3) Syed Zaheer Abbas son of Syed Nazar
Abbas Naqvi (Grandson of Shamin Akhtar), (4). Syed Nadeem Ejaz Naqvi S/O Ijaz
Hussain Naqvi (5) Syed Waseem ljaz Naqvi son of Syed ljaz Husain Naqvi, (5). Syed
Imran Ejaz Naqvi son of Syed ljaz Hussain Naqvi (6). Syed Rizwan ljaz Naqvi son of
Syed ljaz Hussain Naqvi (hereinafter referred to as the "Executants"), The Executants
are owner of land measuring approximately 57 Kanal-0Sqft situated at Manga Mandi
Raiwind, Lahore. The Executants are busy in family affairs, it is not possible to be
physically present, as such, in order to manage, maintain and can manage Sale
proceedings of the said land and for this purpose, and therefore decided to nominate,
appoint and constitute Syed Abrar Hussain Naqvi son of Syed Ghulam Sarwar Naqvi
having CNIC no.35201-1700364-3, resident of House no.134 E, Mohallaha Phase-1
Defence Housing Authority Lahore Cantt, Lahore, as our Attorney in our name and on
our behalf (hereinafter referred to as the "Attorney"), to do all or any of the following
acts, deed and things required for the purpose mentioned herein above. 1. To look after,
manage and maintain and sale the said property and to do all such lawful acts as the
Attorney may deem necessary and expedient for such management and to his
advantage and to his benefit.
To sale, gift or transfer the said property by any lawful means with all rights, titles and
interests thereto to any person or persons whether in block or separately for adequate
consideration whatsoever and issue receipts thereof.
That on the behalf of all the legal heirs of Ghulam Sarwar Naqvi is fully authorized the
Attorney to receive payments in respect of the Sale of aforementioned property
measuring 57K-0M, moreover all the legal heirs will not object any of the act of the
Attorney in respect thereof and will not claim from the buyer over and above of the
amount decided between the Attorney and the buyer.

Done by the virtue of powers here by we ratify and confirm all and whatsoever our said
Attoney shall lawfully do and causing to the Attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds
and things done by us and We undertake to AND I HEREBY AGREE THAT all acts,
deeds and things lawfully done by the said attorney for looking after our interest in the
said property.
